How to read a Supplement Facts panel
Updated 2026-07-14
A short tour of serving size, amounts, %DV, other ingredients, and what “fully disclosed” means across our catalog.
Start with serving size and servings per container — every amount on the panel is per that serving, not necessarily per capsule or scoop.
%DV tells you how a nutrient compares to FDA Daily Values when a DV exists. Many sports ingredients (creatine, most botanicals) list amounts without a %DV.
Other ingredients lists binders, flavors, sweeteners, and capsule materials. Allergens (like milk in whey) belong here or in adjacent caution copy.
“Fully disclosed” means you can see each active and its milligram amount. Space Dust has no proprietary blend. Where a product uses a named blend (for example Maximum Mushroom), we still list the blend's total milligrams and describe what is inside.
If a COA or third-party badge is claimed on a label, ask for the lot documentation — our Command Center explains how to request it.
